Part-Time Temporary Front Office Coordinator

Tract Capital is seeking a part-time Temporary Front Office Coordinator to serve as a welcoming and professional presence for visitors and employees. The role will help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Serve as the friendly face of the front office and help maintain a positive workplace experience.
  • Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
  • Order, organize, and restock office snacks, beverages, and supplies.
  • Assist Executive Assistants with catering setup, service, and cleanup.
  • Perform light kitchen duties, including loading/unloading the dishwasher and maintaining a clean, orderly space.
  • Provide general front office and administrative support as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Role is in office, M-Th 8:00am - 2:00pm
  • Pay is $25-$30/hr
