About this role 

As a Client Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of our solutions for new clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, guiding them through the process, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, client relationship skills, and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction. 

What you’ll do  

  • Lead Implementation Projects: Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including planning, execution, monitoring, closure and transition to the account team.   
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring all requirements are met.  
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely and successful implementations.  
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Consultant Relations, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, and Client Success teams to ensure all aspects of the implementation are aligned and executed effectively. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.  
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our solutions effectively.  
  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports to multiple stakeholders, from the planning phase through successful activation and transition to the Account Team.  
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. 

What we're looking for 

  • Experience:   
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role within the technology or software industry.  
    • 7+ years of experience leading large, complex projects or 10+ years of experience with less complex and/or smaller projects.  
  • Skills:    
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.   
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.  
    • Experience managing matrixed cross-functional project teams.    
    • Outstanding executive facing communication (written and verbal, effective virtual presence)   
  • Technical Knowledge:   
    • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.  
    • Familiarity with software implementation processes and technical concepts.  
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, diagramming solutions (Lucid Chart, Miro, Visio)   
  • Client Focus:   
    • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.  
  • Education:    
    • Accredited bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.   
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.   
  • Adaptability:  
    • Must be able to recognize, understand, and adapt to shifting priorities, effectively guiding others to make the necessary adjustments.   
    • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.   
    • Preferred to have experience in a fast-moving start-up environment. 

Location 

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:

$105,000 - $125,000 USD

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
