Role Overview

This is a remote, Full-Time, Exempt position based in the United States. The successful candidate must have valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Solutions.

The Product Enablement Coordinator will own the implementation of the content, structure and continuous evolution of the company’s customer academy (academy.transcend.io). This role transforms implementation knowledge, product workflows, and solution architecture insights into scalable learning experiences that accelerate customer onboarding, improve adoption, and reduce reliance on senior technical resources. The position is central to building a durable knowledge asset that supports automation, self-service implementations, and future AI-driven solution architecture and custom GPT guidance systems.

First 6 Months

  • Design and stabilize the academy foundation
  • Structure learning paths by persona, use case, and lifecycle stage
  • Establish content standards and templates
  • Build initial SCORM-based training modules
  • Create repeatable content production workflows
  • Work with the Solutions Architecture team to translate implementation patterns into training
  • Implement governance for version control and release alignment
  • Set up analytics tracking within LearnWorlds to establish time-to-value baselines


Next Twelve Months

  • Optimize the academy based on learner engagement and completion data
  • Analyze onboarding friction and support deflection opportunities
  • Prioritize new modules using structured implementation insights
  • Refine course sequencing and learning journeys
  • Expand the academy into certifications and role-based tracks
  • Launch onboarding cohorts and live training programs/webinars
  • Deepen integrations with Asana and related systems to improve self-serve motion


Eighteen Months and Beyond

  • Steward the long-term knowledge and adoption ecosystem
  • Oversee continuous improvement of SCORM and learning assets
  • Ensure alignment between academy content and solution data
  • Contribute to AI assistance and knowledge automation initiatives
  • Drive partner, employee, and customer enablement programs
  • Lead strategic improvements in activation and retention
  • Maintain content accuracy through ongoing product evolution

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop academy content, structure, and learner journeys
  • Translate solution architecture and implementation data into training modules
  • Maintain content accuracy across product releases
  • Manage SCORM content lifecycle and portability standards
  • Analyze engagement and performance metrics
  • Partner with Solutions & Support Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Support certifications and advanced enablement programs

Success Metrics

  • Reduction in repetitive Solutions & Support Engineering customer engagements
  • Improvement in onboarding and activation speed
  • Academy engagement and completion rates
  • Support ticket deflection and resolution efficiency
  • Alignment between academy content and implementation realities
  • Contribution to retention and expansion outcomes for customers implementing additional products

Qualifications

Required:

  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in technical enablement, content creation, enterprise onboarding, program management, and/or e-learning management.
  • You have 6-12mo experience using AI tools & systems for content generation or course development.
  • You are an excellent communicator with a knack for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to rapidly develop deep product knowledge and translate it into effective technical content creation and enablement.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented while managing many concurrent workstreams.
  • You’re comfortable working independently in a fully remote, rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and across multiple time zones. 
  • You embrace continuous, self-driven learning.
  • You are adaptable and resourceful; you are able to build structure and process in a scaling startup organization.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS enablement, LMS management, or customer education
  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Comfortable working with software engineers and solution architects
  • Proven ability to use analytics and data to drive decision-making
  • Experience with SCORM or structured learning standards preferred
  • Experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS

 

This role is eligible for:

  • Variable Sales Incentive Compensation: Transcend’s Incentive Plan is designed to reward achievement of Org goals. 
    • OTE Projection: When base salary and target incentive are combined, the projected OTE for this role is listed as the pay range below, assuming achievement of 100% of goals.

 

Compensation Information

  • Our comprehensive compensation packages play a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to bringing data rights to everyone. 
  • The compensation pay range represents our reasonable expectation for this role. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, skillset, and geographic location.
  • This specific range applies to Tier 1 labor markets like the SF Bay Area and New York City; it may be adjusted based on the labor market in other geographic areas and the individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

USA Pay Range

$95,000 - $105,000 USD
