Junior Reconciliation Analyst

The Reconciliation Team plays a critical role in shaping the way we are ensuring accuracy and control of our payments and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Junior Reconciliation Analyst to work in our team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Junior Reconciliation Analyst:

  • Perform incoming and outgoing payment control to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies 
  • Ensure that incoming and outgoing payment data is correct, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Ensure balances are posted correctly and reconcile internal and external records
  • Report any losses, irregularities, or variances identified during reconciliation preparation
  • Contribute to accounting reports and financial statements
  • Support Month End and Year End close processes as required

You’ll report to our Reconciliation Manager.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Junior Reconciliation Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data management skills 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English

And if you can also do this stuff, even better: 

  • Experience in a similar role involving bank account reconciliation and data management
  • Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

The salary range for this position is between 1400 EUR and 1900 EUR gross, depending on the candidate's level of experience.
