SME Sales Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a driven and independent Account Executive to join our growing B2B team. This is a hands-on sales role with full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and demos to closing deals and onboarding clients. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in shaping a high-potential product.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, demoing, closing, and onboarding.

 

  • Conduct regular client meetings and product demos, tailored to the needs of potential clients.

 

  • Understand international money movement and the challenges of cross-border payments and currency conversion - offering consultative guidance to prospects.

 

  • Actively gather and relay product feedback to internal teams to help identify gaps, market needs, and opportunities for improvement.

 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile and improve messaging and positioning.

 

  • Maintain a high standard of pipeline hygiene, clear qualification, and post-demo Follow-ups.

 

  • Navigate deal cycles efficiently, with a bias toward speed and clarity in the decision-making process.

 

  • Utilize your network to uncover new sales opportunities and open market potential in strategic regions.



What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, tech, SaaS, or financial services.

 

  • Strong understanding of international payments, currency conversion, or financial infrastructure is a plus.

 

  • A proactive self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously.

 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a structured approach to closing deals.

 

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where goals and strategies evolve.

 

  • A network in relevant verticals or regions would be a bonus.

Salary - OTE €100K
