The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to lead our growth marketing function and architect the next phase of TransferGo’s growth. You’ll own the global growth marketing strategy — from acquisition to retention — while leading a high-performing team across digital marketing, performance, and brand channels. You’ll combine creativity with analytics, strategy with execution, and leadership with curiosity. Most of all, you’ll drive measurable, scalable growth that delivers impact for millions of people around the world.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Shape and execute our growth vision:

  • Define the end-to-end growth strategy to scale acquisition, activation, and retention across international markets.
  • Translate strategy into clear, data-led actions and measurable results.

Lead and inspire a world-class team:

  • Manage and mentor a diverse team spanning performance, SEO, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Scale core and emerging channels:

  • Take ownership of paid acquisition, influencer, and affiliate channels — and identify the next generation of scalable, performance-based growth opportunities.

Champion data-driven decision making:

  • Build and own the marketing analytics framework — from LTV/CAC optimization to channel attribution.
  • Use insights to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy.

Collaborate to drive holistic growth:

  • Partner with Product, Data, and CRM teams to design a seamless user journey and leverage product-led growth.

Balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership:

  • Roll up your sleeves when needed — from reviewing campaigns to testing creatives. You’ll model what high-impact execution looks like.

You’ll Drive Measurable Growth By

  • Increasing new user acquisition YoY
  • Optimizing CPA and LTV/CAC
  • Expanding the digital channel mix to uncover new, scalable opportunities
  • Building a sustainable, data-first growth engine

What We're Looking For:

Track record of impact:

  • You’ve led marketing or growth in a fast-scaling tech or fintech company, ideally in international markets.
  • You know what it takes to move from scale-up to leader — and have the scars (and wins) to prove it.

Performance and channel mastery:

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in PPC, influencer, and affiliate marketing, plus a strong grasp of SEO and performance marketing fundamentals.

Analytical and commercial mindset:

  • You live and breathe numbers, and make decisions that balance growth with efficiency.

Inspirational, grounded leadership:

  • You empower your team, communicate with clarity, and bring people along for the journey.

Strategic + tactical versatility:

  • You’re equally comfortable presenting to the board as you are deep in campaign data.

Fluent in English and Lithuanian — you can communicate strategy and inspire across all levels of the business.
