The Opportunity:
TransferGo is looking for an energetic and highly analytical CRM Manager to join our team. This is a critical role focused on executing our customer communication strategy and enhancing the entire customer journey.
You will be responsible for strategizing and deploying engaging campaigns, building the automated workflows that excite our customers, and analyzing data to improve activation and retention. What You'll Do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Execute our end-to-end CRM strategy to improve the full customer lifecycle. You will deploy targeted campaigns (email, push, in-app) focused on two key goals: driving Activation Rate and successfully launching new products.
- Automation & Journey Building: Build, manage, and continuously optimize complex automated workflows designed to improve key KPIs, from initial customer activation to long-term retention.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze the performance of all CRM campaigns, and deliver clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Database Management: Own the management and segmentation of our customer database, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and utilized effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Data, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our campaigns are using the latest segmentation, models, and classifications.
- Optimization & Innovation: Design and run A/B tests to optimize campaign engagement and conversion. Regularly identify and propose new CRM best practices and innovative ideas to enhance our strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- Core Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM management or marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful, data-driven campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with a major CRM platform (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills. You must be comfortable interpreting data, running A/B tests, and using customer segmentation to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information and data to diverse audiences.
- Project Management: You are highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, and can successfully manage multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of data privacy regulations (like GDPR) and best practices in consent management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian — you can communicate strategy and inspire across all levels of the business.
