Your team & impact
Join us on our journey as a Fraud Risk Management Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after fraudulent activities, assessing the effectiveness of existing controls and also provide regular reports and visibility on identified fraudulent activities. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Fraud Risk Management Analyst:
- Monitor fraudulent activities, assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
- Provide regular reports and visibility on identified fraudulent activities.
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns.
- Timely and proactively escalate issues resulting from fraud monitoring
- Conduct investigations, collect evidence and process decisions.
- Actively participate in team meetings, share information and make suggestions for improvements to fraud operations.
- Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks.
- Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on fraud, collaborating cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, and Finance to develop, implement, and refine fraud management procedures and processes.
- Help to design, document, and implement robust, end-to-end operational procedures within the Fraud team
- Proactively challenge existing fraud decisioning models and strategies (including rules, scores, and manual review processes) to drive continuous improvement, enhance detection rates, and minimize false positives.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation and resolution for the most complex and high-risk fraud reports, including detailed investigation and management of Authorized Push Payment (APP) claims.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in fraud risk, compliance, or related roles within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Experienced in identifying, assessing and monitoring payments fraud risk.
- Strong understanding of digital fraud detection techniques and industry best practices.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns indicative of fraudulent activity.
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data from various sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Experience in using analytics tools, fraud detection software for identifying and investigating unusual patterns or deviations from normal behavior.
- Proficiency in English.
