
Space Strategist
Role: Space Strategist
Work Location: 55 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001
Work Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Space Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Move Team, Global Real Estate Team, Facilities Management Team, and end users to ensure move schedules are communicated and aligned with critical business needs.
- Report, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling or implementation conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and validate space reconfigurations with local Facilities Management teams to ensure compliance with Point72 standards.
- Ensure spaces are properly prepared and ready for occupancy prior to move activities.
Project & Move Management
- Provide leadership in the planning and execution of day-to-day and project-based space planning initiatives, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage internal resources and contracted services through effective communication to ensure M.A.C. activities and projects are completed cohesively, on time, and with minimal business disruption.
- Ensure Facilities processes are clearly outlined and mapped for business understanding.
- Define project phases and timelines to ensure day-to-day and project schedules are met.
- Participate in project meetings as required.
Reporting & Systems Support
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and reporting, including but no limited to:
• Headcount and occupancy
• Firm open positions
• Moves, Adds, and Changes reporting - Create presentation materials leveraging regularly updated reporting tools.
- Learn and utilize IBM Tririga basic functionality to support floor plan updates and hoteling seat management.
Governance & Collaboration
- Apply policies and procedures when making decisions and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
- Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation:
$38-$41/hour, depending on experience
Non-exempt; full-time; benefts-eligible
