In less than a year, we’ve raised $7M from NEA, FPV, and Virtue. We’re now preparing to scale with the next wave of enterprise healthcare customers—and we’re growing the team to do it. 

About the Role

We just opened our first office in New York City! As our Office Manager you will run the day-to-day operations of the office and support our Executive Team with Executive Assistant support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Office M-F to ensure team members are able to work productively - open and close the office, breakfast and lunch catering / ordering, supplies, greeting customers / external stakeholders, managing the office calendar, etc.
• Manage office vendors - cleaning vendor, snack vendor, etc.
• Supporting coordination of office renovations / updates, as needed
• Manage and run team events - Team dinners, company on-sites, etc.
• Support executive team calendars and travel needs in executive assistant capacity

What You Bring

• 5-10 years of experience running offices in New York City
• Experience working at fast growing startups
• You know how to work with and manage vendors effectively
• You have experience supporting fast-moving executive teams
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like owning things end-to-end
