What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our lab operations—executing protocols with precision, supporting your team, and ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform tissue harvesting
Conduct detailed tissue dissections across a variety of tissue types
Prepare and formulate tissue media under strict quality control standards
Package and ship products with accuracy, including labeling and documentation
Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment care, and inventory levels
Support daily lab operations, including stocking and receiving materials
Process tissue for live cell cultures using aseptic techniques
Assist with research projects under leadership guidance
Provide basic customer support via email and phone
Help train and mentor new or existing team members
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines technical ability with reliability and a strong work ethic.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Some college coursework in life sciences (strongly preferred)
3+ years of relevant experience (lab, medical, pharmacy, or similar environment preferred)
Key Skills & Strengths:
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow detailed procedures with precision
Solid organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, etc.)
Clear communication and active listening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn, teach, and support others
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Combination of standing, walking, and desk-based work; sitting and standing for extended periods of time
Routine lab tasks including cleaning, stocking, and equipment handling
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs overhead as needed, and move 50 lbs on occasion but not overhead as needed

Transnetyx Tissue is looking for an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing customer service, operations, shipping, and administrative support.
As our Office Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of meaningful scientific work.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Process and schedule customer orders accurately and efficiently
Create estimates, invoices, shipping labels, and sales orders
Coordinate daily order communication with laboratory staff
Package and prepare domestic and international shipments
Assist with inventory, purchasing, and receiving deliveries
Support office operations, supplies, and facility coordination
Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
2+ years of office, operations, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
NetSuite or accounting software experience is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Work Environment
This is an active office and operations role that includes computer work, shipping support, packaging, inventory handling, and occasional lifting (typically around 20 lbs. on a daily basis, although up to 50 lbs. at times).
Hazmat training will be provided as part of order fulfillment responsibilities.
