Partner Relations Intern

As a key member of the Hospitality Programs team, the Partner Relations Executive is responsible for driving the success and upkeep of luxury hotel partnerships within a premier luxury travel network. This role requires sharp attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, clear and confident communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Database Management & Program Audits
- Conduct regular audits of partner contact details, amenity offerings, and program participation
- Implement updates and refinements to ensure data accuracy and partner alignment
- Partnership Onboarding & Contract Coordination
- Lead the documentation process for new hotel agreements
- Ensure all contracts are accurately recorded and accessible
- Strategic Support for Partner Engagement
- Develop, format, and enhance presentation decks for partner meetings and marketing initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of strategic meetings and initiatives
- Technology & Training Proficiency
- Complete system onboarding and ongoing training
- Confidently execute daily tasks using Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
