Operations Administrative Intern

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Intern to support the Travel Edge Network Operations team.

This internship provides hands-on experience in operations and administration within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing incoming booking confirmations and logging them appropriately.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for Independent Contractors (ICs), including document tracking and system updates.
  • Create and maintain a clear filing structure within the TEN Operations SharePoint, ensuring effective communication and adoption across teams.
  • Audit internal files and records to ensure they are current, complete, and accurate.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate on special projects and provide support to the broader operations team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; experience with Excel and Outlook is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
