Mobile Product Lead- 1 year contract

About the Role

Travix is taking a major step in our evolution toward becoming a multi-modal travel OTA—and we’re looking for a Product Lead to make this happen.

In this role, you’ll guide the delivery of our new mobile web and hybrid app platform, partnering closely with teams across Amsterdam, Shanghai, and our external design agency. If you love orchestrating complex, cross-functional work and turning strategy into real user impact then keep on reading!

Core tasks and responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the mobile platform initiative across mobile web and app
• Drive cross-functional planning, tracking, and coordination across Design Agency, Product (EU), Engineering (China), and Commercial and Operational stakeholders (EU)
• Act as day-to-day lead for the design agency partnership — onboarding, discovery, scope alignment, and delivery oversight
• Support team ramp-up and squad setup (Amsterdam and Shanghai)
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and communication across multiple brands and business lines
• Facilitate risk mitigation, issue resolution, and regular progress reporting to leadership.

What you bring to the table

• 7–10 years of mobile/app product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex mobile and web platform projects—ideally within travel, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing industries.
• Strong adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills, effectively leading teams and influencing stakeholders across complex, matrixed global organizations
• Familiarity with software delivery, design processes, and product lifecycle management
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners (e.g. design agencies)
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on coordination
• Available to work with teams in both EU and China time zones.
