Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Revenue to lead and align our Sales and Marketing teams under a unified growth strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and scaling both customer acquisition (Banks) and users (Fintechs and Corporate clients). The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading high-performing SaaS sales and marketing teams, deeply understands the metrics that drive ARR, and is energized by cross-functional collaboration. The candidate must be excited to create a “new playbook” and will be tasked with creating an AI foundation for a lean and effective go-to-market motion. 

You will: 

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive new business and upsell opportunities
  • Align Sales and Marketing functions with a unified revenue strategy and shared KPIs
  • Work closely with the executive team to define pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation
  • Lead annual planning and forecasting for sales and marketing
  • Oversee and be an active participant in the full sales cycle: this is a player and coach role
  • Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and incentive structures
  • Build and optimize the sales process using CRM tools, analytics, and automation
  • Be a leader in AI and drive adoption through the organization to improve reach and scalability
  • Lead demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, and performance marketing
  • Ensure Marketing is delivering MQLs that convert efficiently to opportunities and closed deals
  • Strengthen the company’s market positioning through customer insights and competitive research
  • Drive data-informed decision-making across sales and marketing
  • Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Get hands-on involved in the largest, most strategic deals, managing executive relationships, and helping the team and bank get the deal over the finish line
  • Build inbound and outbound sales strategies and segmentation approaches to create and nurture opportunities

You may be a good fit for this role if: 

  • 7+ years of sales experience (experience managing managers is a requirement); FinTech and Banking preferred
  • You are a seasoned senior leader comfortable scaling the Sales organization further in the coming years
  • Experience building go-to-market strategy and sales plans with cross-functional and executive team members
  • Your default approach to building and scaling a go-to-market strategy involves leveraging new and innovative techniques and tools  
  • Proven ability to hire and onboard account executives and team leaders pursuant to hit revenue goals
  • Ability to support team members to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft go-to-market solutions across multiple products
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with scaling organizations with people, but also with tool and automation-based approaches. Methodologies include Account-Based Marketing, use of sales and marketing enablement tools, inbound/outbound optimization
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, including demand generation, content, brand, product marketing, and performance marketing
  • Comfortable using modern AI-powered marketing tools to accelerate content creation, optimize outreach, and personalize campaigns at scale
  • Experience owning end-to-end marketing funnels, including setting KPIs for lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment and a track record of quickly adapting and pivoting based on market and industry changes
  • Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services

$200,000 - $300,000 USD

Canada Pay Range

$150,000 - $225,000 USD
