Position Overview

Treasury Prime is building a bank sales team to engage bank partners interested in modernizing their tech stack while simultaneously expanding their fintech capabilities. Apply for this role if you want to be an early member and shape the growth, direction, and culture of the bank sales team. You'll have executive exposure at Treasury Prime, build the processes to nurture inbound and outbound opportunities, and lead bank sales from lead generation through close.

You Will:

  • Engage effectively with bank and fintech leadership and key decision makers
  • Develop inbound and outbound sales strategies to create and progress opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for bank partners
  • Own a named account list and develop plans for winning and expanding business within the bank channel
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at potential bank clients
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our bank sales process
  • Work closely and collaborate with other internal teams at Treasury Prime (legal, compliance, marketing, finance, customer service and relationship management) to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
  • Engage with product and engineering teams to help drive product strategy
  • Travel to client sites, and industry events representing Treasury Prime

The best candidates will also:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably selling a technical or SaaS product to banks
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans spanning multiple banks
  • Strong listening skills, for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services

US Pay Range

$150,000 - $300,000 USD

Canada Pay Range

$112,500 - $225,000 CAD
