Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate reports into the Warehouse Manager will provide support to retail teams at all locations to help carry out our overall mission to make the best beverages in the world and to serve them in the most friendly and memorable environment possible. You will play a vital role in ensuring the proper care and diligence are given to our largest and most profitable product offering, beverages-to-go. Each day, the Warehouse Associate will meticulously execute all transfers and inventory requests, ensuring the movement of our beer and other products flow efficiently and smoothly from location to location. 

This position is full-time at our Charlton, MA location.  The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm, with flexibility to occasionally work Sundays with as much notice as possible.

• Building mixed packs of beverages and building pallets of beverages cases for delivery to all Tree House locations
• Gathering various items for transfers to all locations
• Keep inventory counts in the warehouse for various items
• Clean warehouse as necessary including sweeping floor, using floor scrubber and properly disposing of trash in warehouse
• Assisting various departments in the warehouse as needed
• Displaying a consistently positive attitude each day, regardless of day to day challenges
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic, staying busy when transfers are complete, and seeking out tasks when needed.
• Desire to learn, understand best practices and continuously improve.
• Understanding and upholding safety standards and best practices 

Role Requirements:

• 6+ months of relative experience, experience working in a production environment preferred. 
• Must be 18+ years of age or older at time of application
• Ability to push, pull, bend, and lift in excess of 50 lbs. as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday. 
• This role requires you to stand the majority of your shift and repeatedly lift cases of beverages that weigh up to 50 lbs. All beverages are stored in refrigerated coolers that are kept at 34 and 37 degrees, which you will work in and out of for the entirety of your shift.
• A quick learner who is able to work with minimal or no supervision
• Ability to multitask and work coolly and professionally in all situations
• Must be punctual and responsible with one’s time 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

The starting pay range for Warehouse Associate is $20.00-$22.00/hr DOE. Base salary is only one component of the total compensation package, as this role is eligible for participation in the company bonus program and a robust benefit and perk package.
