Freelance Marketing Science Senior Analyst
Tribal Worldwide London are looking for an experienced Senior MKS Analyst to join the team on freelance basis from August until the end of Nov. This is a role with a focus around forecasting using data science and dashboard building using PowerBI.
As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 3 to 5 years of experience, leading marketing science deliverables across forecasting and dashboard building projects. You have experience using data analytics to recommend solutions to improve Digital marketing performance, enjoy collaborating with others, and are capable of directly communicating business insights to clients through logical, easy to understand stories.
You will:
- Lead the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks.
- Leverage data science techniques and statistical modelling to forecast complex datasets, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights for clients.
- Support the MKS lead in defining a future roadmap for forecast advancement.
- Dashboarding: Design complex automated dashboards utilising PowerBI. Insuring Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly reports, providing clients with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain datasets for forecasting dashboards using SQL and ensure data accuracy. Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols.
You have:
- B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field, including but not limited to economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management or relevant work experience.
- Experience with PowerBI and experience using data science for time series forecasting and data modelling.
- Experience in build SARIMAX, ARIMA, MMM forecasting models utilising a variety of data sources.
- Expertise in Python and/or R and SQL, or other business-relevant statistical programming language.
- Experience working with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
- Data engineering/architecture: Experience with ETL techniques
- Experience in explaining / communicating complex statistical techniques to relevant stakeholders.
- Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning models and techniques, preferred, but not required.
- Website: Experience with Google and/or Adobe Analytics, and with tag management platforms (e.g.: GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.), preferred, but not required.
This is a hybrid role and you'll need to be able to travel to the London office based in Paddington.
