Your Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans for web and backend applications
  • Work on real client products from your first day instead of internal training environments
  • Identify, document, and track bugs across applications and systems
  • Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and integration testing)
  • Collaborate with engineers through pair testing and AI-assisted QA workflows
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to:
    • Generate test cases and edge scenarios
    • Improve test coverage and regression efficiency
    • Debug and analyze failures faster
  • Test AI-powered and agent-driven features, including:
    • LLM outputs (accuracy, consistency, edge cases)
    • Multi-step agent workflows and automations
    • Context-aware and intelligent user experiences
  • Validate systems where outputs are non-deterministic and require probabilistic thinking
  • Contribute to building scalable QA systems that combine traditional testing with AI-driven validation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
