Trident: Inside Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads to understand their business needs and determine fit.
- Provide product/service presentations tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or BPO industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and with confidence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
