Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads to understand their business needs and determine fit.
  • Provide product/service presentations tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or BPO industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and with confidence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
