About Trilliad

Trilliad, a market-leading Growth Services Provider (GSP), solves challenges and drives results for Growth Leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Trilliad’s full-service solutions deliver competitive advantage for the brands it works with by optimizing their sales and marketing strategies, processes, skills, and technology. Trilliad drives efficiency and predictability at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to increase seller productivity, lower cost per lead, decrease cost per sale, accelerate time to close, and drive customer lifetime value.

At Trilliad, culture is our backbone. It shapes how we think, behave, and treat one another, and it defines how our clients, partners, and communities experience us. Every company has a culture, and at Trilliad, we make ours intentional—anchored in our Leadership Principles. These principles guide every decision and interaction: putting the company first, obsessing over growth, remembering that business is personal, and ensuring strategy turns into execution. We succeed by being one team, striving for greatness, speaking the truth, and holding ourselves accountable. We lighten up with humor, stay patient and disciplined, run towards problems, celebrate results, and never accept confusion as an option. This is the culture you step into at Trilliad—purposeful, lived, and continually developed.

What you will do

You are accountable for designing, executing, and optimizing account-based display and programmatic advertising campaigns that warm target accounts, increase buying group engagement, and accelerate pipeline momentum within Trilliad's Marketing Growth Solutions engagements. Operating at the intersection of intent data, creative strategy, and account behavior, you translate account lists and buying signals into highly targeted advertising programs that influence the right accounts at the right moments. Your work is measured not by vanity metrics but by how effectively advertising activity contributes to account engagement, coordinated revenue efforts, and downstream commercial outcomes across client go-to-market motions.

Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:

ABM Campaign Design and Execution

  • Design and execute ABM display and programmatic campaigns using platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk — translating account strategy into targeted advertising programs that reach buying groups at scale
  • Segment audiences by intent level, buying stage, firmographics, and account list membership — ensuring advertising reach aligns precisely with account prioritization and engagement strategy
  • Test sequencing, retargeting, and messaging strategies to move accounts through buying stages — optimizing how advertising influences account progression and buying group activation

Creative Development and Iteration

  • Partner with designers to develop, test, and iterate creative concepts and messaging — ensuring advertising assets reflect account context, buying stage, and strategic positioning
  • Evaluate creative performance objectively and make fast iteration decisions — scaling concepts that drive engagement and pausing underperformers without attachment to prior assumptions

Real-Time Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance continuously at the account level — making real-time optimization decisions on budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative rotation to improve engagement efficiency
  • Analyze engagement signals and account behavior patterns — surfacing insights that inform not only advertising decisions but also content strategy, sales outreach timing, and broader account planning

Cross-Channel Integration and Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Paid Search and Web Optimization teams to ensure unified funnel performance — aligning messaging, audience targeting, and landing experiences across touchpoints
  • Connect advertising performance back to account behavior and downstream pipeline impact — translating campaign metrics into commercially relevant insights for sales, content, and strategy teams
  • Partner with sales-aligned teams to ensure advertising activity supports coordinated account engagement — integrating advertising timing and messaging with outreach cadence and account planning

How you’ll do it

Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:

Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.

Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable

Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.

Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count.

Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds.

Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.

You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.

Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.

Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.

Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops—be a Difference-Maker!

Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.

Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.

Celebrate Results. Make recognition a habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big or small.

The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.

Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.

What You’ll Bring – Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

All Difference-Makers are expected to meet the Trilliad Standard for Transferable Skills and Knowledge, which defines the core capabilities every teammate must bring—regardless of role, function, or level.

Trilliad transferable skills

Trilliad transferable knowledge

·       Contextual Awareness

·       Critical Reasoning and Thinking

·       Data/Analytic Acumen

·       Empathy

·       Judgment and Discernment

·       Moral Courage

·       Pattern Recognition and Systems Thinking

·       AI Literacy

·       Responsible and Effective AI Use

·       Trilliad’s Business and Commercial Context

The following domain-specific Skills, Knowledge, and Experience are additionally required in order for you to be great in this role.

Domain-specific skills

  • Programmatic and ABM platform execution — You build, manage, and optimize campaigns in platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk, making technical configuration and targeting decisions that directly determine whether advertising reaches the right accounts at the right buying stage.
  • Audience segmentation and sequencing strategy — You translate intent signals, firmographics, and buying stage data into precise audience definitions and multi-touch sequencing strategies that move accounts forward, not just generate impressions.
  • Creative testing and performance evaluation — You design objective tests of messaging angles and creative concepts, interpret results without bias, and make fast decisions about what to scale and what to stop based on account-level engagement data.
  • Account-level performance analysis — You analyze engagement and behavior at the account level rather than aggregate campaign metrics, identifying patterns that reveal how advertising influences buying group activation and pipeline progression.
  • Cross-functional insight translation — You communicate advertising performance and account behavior insights clearly to non-advertising specialists, connecting campaign data to sales timing, content needs, and strategic account decisions.

Domain-Specific Knowledge

  • Account-based marketing and ABX advertising mechanics — You understand how ABM advertising differs from demand generation, including how account selection, intent data, and buying group dynamics shape targeting, creative, and measurement strategies in ways that make traditional performance marketing approaches insufficient.
  • Intent data interpretation and application — You know how to read intent signals, distinguish between research-stage and buying-stage behavior, and translate intent data into audience segmentation and campaign timing decisions that align advertising activity with account readiness.
  • Multi-channel funnel dynamics across display, search, and web — You understand how display advertising interacts with paid search, organic content, and landing page experiences to influence account progression, and you make optimization decisions that account for cross-channel behavior rather than treating display in isolation.
  • Buying group engagement patterns in B2B contexts — You recognize how multiple stakeholders within an account engage with advertising across devices, channels, and time, and you design campaigns that reach buying groups collectively rather than optimizing for individual user behavior.

Domain-specific experience

    • 5+ years executing ABM or programmatic advertising campaigns in a B2B agency or in-house environment, with direct hands-on responsibility for platform configuration, audience targeting, and real-time optimization decisions in tools like 6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or The Trade Desk.
    • Demonstrated experience analyzing account-level engagement and performance signals, translating advertising metrics into insights about buying group behavior, account progression, and pipeline impact rather than reporting on clicks and impressions in isolation.
    • Proven track record collaborating with paid search, content, web optimization, and sales-aligned teams to coordinate multi-channel account engagement strategies, ensuring advertising activity integrates with broader go-to-market motions rather than operating as a standalone channel.

The Trilliad Agreement

If you want to be part of building a truly great growth company—and help cultivate a culture that is differentiated and creates value for customers and colleagues alike—then you might be a fit for Trilliad. Accepting that invitation means more than bringing your skills, knowledge, and experience to bear in your role. It also means working in alignment with our Leadership Principles, which guide how we show up for each other, our customers, and the work. Because at Trilliad, how we do things matters just as much as what we do.

When you show up in this way—bringing your best and living our Leadership Principles— you can expect Trilliad to uphold its side of The Trilliad Agreement: a workplace in which we grow, connect, and thrive.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
