Administrative Assistant- Operations

Trinity Medical Solutions is hiring a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Directors and Management Team. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operational functions and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Operations leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and meeting notes.
- Track and maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records for logistics staff and drivers.
- Manage and update vehicle insurance documentation, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Assist with internal communication and help carry out operational tasks across departments.
- Organize records, assist with special projects, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Generate and format reports using various software tools.
- Partner with the corporate administration team to support companywide programs, internal events, committees, and communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years proficiency with Google & Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
