
Logistics Coordinator

Work Location: Remote
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (day and overnight shifts available, including weekends)
How You Will Be Rewarded as our Logistics Coordinator
- Compensation: $24 per hour during 4-week training period; $25 per hour after training; $2 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator
- Provide 24/7 operational support, handling calls from clients to arrange air and ground transportation
- Coordinate logistics for OPOs and Transplant Centers, ensuring the efficient movement of medical teams and critical organs
- Serve as a driver when needed, handling medical team pick-ups, organ transport, and medical specimen deliveries
- Oversee scheduling and workflow for TAM and third-party drivers to meet customer expectations
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, hospitals, and transport providers
- Participate in continuous training and industry development
Qualifications & Skills of a Logistics Coordinator
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, aviation, transportation, or healthcare management
- Strong ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to donation and transplantation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch systems
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts
- Pre-employment drug screening required (safety-sensitive position)
