Position Overview
The Recruiter supports Trinity’s hiring efforts by managing day-to-day recruiting activities and delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the Talent Lead to fill open positions efficiently and compliantly.

Location:  Onsite in Chandler, AZ.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, normal business hours

Compensation: The salary range for this role is starting at $55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and fit

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels

  • Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Support onboarding activities, including pre-employment checks and HRIS setup

  • Ensure timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process

  • Partner with the Talent Lead to support hiring priorities and recruiting initiatives

  • Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Office

  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical services, or logistics is a plus
