Life-Saving Transport Driver (Part-Time / On-Call)
$23/hr + $50 On-Call Bonus + $2/hr Night Differential

We are seeking dependable, mission-driven On-Call Drivers to join our team in Ashland, VA. This is more than a driving job—it's an opportunity to play an important role in the organ donation and transplantation process.
This position is ideal for retired or semi-retired professionals, veterans, EMTs, firefighters, medical couriers, professional drivers, and others seeking meaningful part-time work with flexibility and purpose.

Schedule
This is a part-time, on-call position.
Drivers are typically scheduled 3–5 days per week and must be willing to provide 24-hour on-call coverage during scheduled shifts.
Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required.
Drivers must be able to respond to dispatch communications within 10 minutes while on-call.
Compensation & Benefits
✔ $23.00 per hour for all hours worked
✔ $50 on-call bonus for each scheduled 24-hour on-call shift. Drivers keep this weather or not they get any calls.
✔ Additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for trips occurring between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional transportation for transplant teams, medical specimens, and critical equipment
- Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Trinity Medical Solutions operational procedures
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and basic fleet maintenance tasks
- Maintain communication with logistics coordinators throughout transports
- Handle sensitive medical cargo with professionalism, care, and precision
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean 39-month driving record
- Minimum of two years of driving experience
- EVOC certification preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods
- Reliable cell phone access and availability for on-call scheduling
