Position Summary

Delicious Unlimited has been steadily growing and we are under new leadership.  We are excited about what the future holds and we are leveling up our internal processes across the company to support our growth.  We are now hiring a Human Resources Manager who will help us elevate business operations and ensure we provide an environment where our team members can perform at their full potential.

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with our new company president as a strategic partner.  The person who accepts this opportunity can look forward to being valued as an essential member of the team.

We have close to 100 employees, made up largely of our culinary team and delivery drivers, with a small administrative and management team. This is a hands-on, standalone HR role, ideal for a self-starter who enjoys being a decision-maker and can confidently handle all aspects of HR, including hiring, onboarding, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and safety.  With our continued success over the long term, a high performer could grow with us into a director role with their own small team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has been a human resources generalist or the right hand to a director in a larger organization and is now ready to lead and develop their own Human Resources department.  If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
