We are a world class SEM team that focuses on managing large scale marketing campaigns across all areas of travel, worldwide. Our team focuses on how we test, learn, and optimize at scale. This role will be focused on working with engineering, other analysts, and data science to drive incremental profit, lead continuous experimentation, and achieve operational excellence in our SEM programs.
Job Location: U.S. Virtual
This role is a remote position in the United States. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.

Manage large multinational marketing campaigns

Identifying SEM growth opportunities

Analyze marketing data to identify actionable insights

Work collaboratively with data scientists and engineers to improve tools and processes

Improve and optimize our landing pages to maximize conversion

Stay abreast of the latest developments in SEM

Design and analyze tests

Write compelling adverts
Skills & Experience
-
Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing platforms. Including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads among others
- 3+ years of SEM experience required

Excellent data analysis skills

Innovate and show thought leadership in SEM

Be a problem solver – able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight

Results driven – work to and be motivated by revenue targets

Highly organized and a self-starter

Enjoy working alongside engineers to develop solutions to business problems

Strong communication skills both verbally and in presenting data

Subject matter expertise in Search Engine Marketing platforms

Experience working on SEM at scale – ideally multiple accounts and a global reach

Experience in running and interpreting tests – for example A/B, multi-variate, and synthetic control testing across various levers of SEM

Quantitative background demonstrated through previous work experience or past degree

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Prior knowledge of SQL

Advantageous to have exposure to a programming language

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future
