We are seeking a talented Senior Partner Success Manager (PSM) to support our strategic partners in North America, focusing on maximizing the value of these partnerships through revenue growth and data-driven strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, C-level communication skills, and ideally, a deep understanding of the experiences landscape. A proven track record in account growth and strategic thinking, along with the ability to influence clients through tailored recommendations, is essential. Strong analytical skills and business acumen are required.
The job requires the candidate to excel in the following areas:
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for large global partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use data to shape decisions that boost partner performance and revenue.
- Demand Analysis: Anticipate the demand needs of large e-commerce and travel platforms to identify growth.
- Executive Engagement: Collaborate closely with client executives to influence strategies that drive growth.
- Strategic Account Planning: Organize and implement strategic account planning processes to engage senior client levels, identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about travel industry market trends, developments, and the competitive landscape to develop growth strategies with partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, and ideally 3+ years experience with some combination of APIs, affiliate technologies, travel experiences (supply) and managing tours and activities distribution with global travel platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence a large, cross-functional global team (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing)
- Proven ability to work closely with executives to present strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company
- Ability to work independently within a complex environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigo
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $165,000 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
