Today, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our international People Function. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Focus on screening applications and direct sourcing to find the best talents on the market for our vacancies in Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering & more, across all our European markets; 
  • Support our Talent Acquisition specialists in interviewing candidates; 
  • Maintain the candidates pipelines clean in our Application Tracking System;
  • Work closely with your awesome colleagues in the HR team to give support and to make sure we are successful overall; 
  • Contribute to ensure a great candidate experience through the whole selection process; 
  • Managing the relationships with our Top & Middle Management across the different steps of the recruitment process; 
  • You will be primarily involved in the recruitment for the French market.

 Who you are :

  • You are fluent in French & English; another language is also valuable
  • You are either a student or recently graduated (to be eligible under an internship agreement with your University);
  • You are a people person, passionate about identifying the best talents on the market and interested in HR related topics;
  • You are passionate about international business, eager to learn about cultures & market specificities;
  • You love to get things done, deliver fast and are adaptable to a rapidly changing environment;
  • Ideally you have some experience as a recruiter (either in a consultancy firm or as in house professional);
  • You are a strong team player
