We are looking for an experienced and passionate B2B communication specialist to join our local marketing team in France. 

What you will do :

As a communication specialist, you ensure consistent communication across all customer touch points for restaurant partners, either prospects or clients. You are working on a daily basis with our B2B Marketing teams as well as sales teams.

Brand content

  • Define our content marketing approach to support our acquisition and retention objectives, create the content required and orchestrate its implementation during the year. 
  • Ensure all of our B2B communications are aligned with our brand strategy, guidelines and ambition. 
  • Support the B2B Website revamp (content & structure) in collaboration with the global B2B marketing team.

Local B2B Communication Content  : 

  • Define the yearly communication plan “marronnier” to support our strategy on both prospects & clients. 
  • Produce all marketing-related content (written and visual) to « package » the offer, within brand guidelines and in collaboration with CRM, brand local, restaurant offer, sales team, product . You are expected to coordinate, maintain and publish content on all our touchpoints such as B2B website, B2B Blog, social pages, CRM communications, together with the different teams (local brand, CRM global, B2B marketing).  
  • Support the B2B marketing central team in defining and producing the right assets (messages & key visuals) to target our prospects on paid levers (meta, linkedin, google,etc…)
  • Challenge and support the agency on SEO strategy, validate content for blog & website

Sales material : 

  • You manage sales material, in a consistent way and align with sales & customer success to make sure you deliver sales pitches that fit their needs

PR & social media : 

  • Leverage PR and social media to enhance the visibility of our ERB and reinforce our leadership position on the market in collaboration with our brand local team. 

Events  : 

  • Support our Industry Relation team in packaging our offer on their events.
  • Support the deployment of the B2B events we attend and be responsible for our visual identity and dedicated communication plan in collaboration with our brand manager and Industry Relation team.

 

  

Who you are :

 

Main competences:

  • Master’s Degree in marketing / communication studies
  • You’ve already had a first experience in communication
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create inspiring content (Newsletters, post, stories, blog articles, etc)
  • A wide degree of creativity 
  • You're on the hunt for spelling mistakes like no one else
  • You are rigorous & pay attention to details
  • Native level of French, fluent in English
  • You love food
