This role will see the Senior Marketing Specialist join the Viator Network Affiliate Team responsible for generating revenue from our global partnerships with our affiliates/publishers.

In your role, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our global affiliates. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in how we grow and manage our marketing led campaigns with our Loyalty based Partners.  You will be tasked with growing incremental revenue from new and existing partnerships that we execute on a global scale.  

Strong project management skills are vital in this role as you will need to collaborate with internals teams and liaise with external partners/agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.  As all campaigns must be executed with a data driven approach it is important that you have strong analytical skills and are able present results in a meaningful way.  We are also looking for a candidate that demonstrates an investigative mindset and does not shy away from the need to troubleshoot.

You will have the opportunity to shape and execute campaigns that align with our broader business goals and contribute to driving significant growth. Your role will see you collaborate both internally and externally to drive forward revenue for the business.

The right candidate will be experienced in working within a similar role with the ability to work in a fast-moving organization, and excited to collaborate.

We are working in a hybrid environment, so excellent communication skills are necessary whether this is over email, slack, video or face to face. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Global Channel Management: Optimize the performance of our global affiliate marketing program, ensuring effective scaling across various regions.

  • Affiliate Partnership Development: Manage and nurture relationships with our affiliate partners with a prime focus on Loyalty based partnerships

  • Act as the expertise in the Loyalty space to help drive forward growth

  • Strategically focus on growing our Loyalty affiliate partnerships and tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize affiliate marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives whilst maximizing RoAS

  • Strategic Projects: Involvement in strategic projects and initiatives within the affiliate marketing space that align with company goals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and analytics.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze and report on affiliate performance metrics, identifying areas for growth and optimization.

  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our affiliate marketing efforts are innovative and competitive.

 

Skills & Experience 

Experience and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing 
  • Experience publisher, advertiser or network side
  • Strong understanding of global affiliate networks and proven ability to manage relationships.

Campaign & Project Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of handling complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Data-Driven & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to rigorously test assumptions and optimize performance.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in presenting performance and collaborating across teams.
  • A strong team player who can work independently and thrives in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

  • Highly organized, self-starter with a passion for building successful partnerships.
