QA Engineer (Bokun)

We are seeking an individual who goes beyond simply creating and implementing test plans, someone who thrives on innovative thinking. You possess a deep understanding of user perspectives, project risks, and are confident in posing challenging inquiries to the team. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis to guarantee punctual delivery and maintain high standards of quality.

What you will do

  • Automated testing by Playwright and/or Cypress
  • Managing existing QA automation testing and implementing new tests
  • Reviewing automated testing reports
  • Organizing and monitoring the defect management process
  • Managing change and performing regression testing
  • Finding solutions to issues and error handling
  • Working with software engineers and designers to solve any issues identified by testing

What you will need

  • 2+ years of experience in multi-tier web-based applications
  • Experience of testing within Agile development at a scale. Close collaboration with developers, project managers and clients
  • Having hands on experience in test automation and a basic understanding of performance, security, usability testing areas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent communication in English

Application process

  • Coding assignment: Solve a simple coding assignment at your own pace.
  • On-site interviews (around 3 hours total): Meet the team, tour the office, and engage in technical discussions, job-relevant coding exercises, and cultural fit conversations with team members
