Wanderlab, Tripadvisor’s in-house creative studio, is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Senior Creator Partnerships Specialist to deliver innovative campaigns for our brand partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and production, leading how we collaborate with content creators and supporting the execution of brand campaigns. 

Hybrid Role: London Shoreditch Office 1-2 days per week

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify, evaluate, and source creators who align with partnership objectives and brand values.
  • Lead negotiations and manage strong partnerships with creators and talent agencies.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creator collaborations: from briefing and content development through posting and reporting.
  • Monitor platform trends, best practices, and emerging creator opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure creator content integrates seamlessly into wider campaigns.
  • Act as an advisor on creator strategies and production balancing creative vision with operational feasibility.
  • Help shape brand partnerships that inspire audiences and strengthen engagement with client brands.

 

Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

  • Proven experience managing creator/influencer partnerships (agency, platform, or brand side).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in creator partnerships or influencer marketing, with a track record of end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly with talent agencies.
  • Solid understanding of social platforms and content best practices (especially short-form, visual-first formats).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities under accelerated timeframes. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to contribute to both strategy and production across various projects.

Nice-to-Have 

  • Background in creative strategy, partnerships, production or brand marketing.
  • Proficiency with content editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut).
  • Passion for cultural trends, creators, and building meaningful brand experiences.
