A SAO (Sales Administration Onboarding) Agent is part of TheFork’s Operations team and is responsible for managing the onboarding and maintenance of restaurants on the platform, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and compliant process aligned with established requirements. The role combines data validation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination to guarantee error-free activations and updates.

What you will do: 

  • Reviewing information provided by the Sales team
  • Validating that restaurant data is accurate, complete, and compliant with current regulations
  • Identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies in the information
  • Configuring and correctly publishing restaurants on the platform
  • Managing requests for data updates and/or feature changes for existing restaurants
  •  Back-office role focused on supporting the sales team.
  • Handling restaurant deactivations when required.
  •  Ensure that restaurants are correctly published on the platform, free of errors, and with reliable, high-quality information.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:

  • Located in Barcelona
  • Advanced Spanish and intermediate English
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and TFM
  • Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and methodical, with a process-driven mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment to detect errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks
