  • Track attendee engagement and support post-event follow-up

Project Coordination

  • Manage campaign workflows from intake through deployment

  • Coordinate with copy, design, and stakeholders to gather assets and approvals

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on campaign performance (opens, clicks, engagement)

  • Document insights and apply learnings to improve future campaigns

General Marketing Support

  • Support ad hoc CRM and event initiatives

  • Help improve processes, templates, and ways of working

  • Contribute to ongoing testing and optimization efforts

  • Support additional initiatives that help the team deliver on key marketing priorities
