Job Location: Hybrid
This role is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in our London office.
Key Responsibilities:

Localized Incentive Design: Develop and test regional-specific incentive structures (e.g., cashback vs. points vs. gamification) based on local consumer behavior.

Program Adaptation: Audit existing loyalty frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural expectations.

Growth Benchmarking: Track "Wallet Share" against local competitors and adjust incentive density to maintain a competitive edge.

Predictive Retention: Use AI modeling to identify "at-risk" segments in specific markets and deploy preemptive incentive offers.
Required Skills:

Incentive Psychology: Deep understanding of behavioral economics and how it varies by culture.

Financial Literacy: Ability to manage promo budgets and "burn rates" across different currencies and margin profiles.

AI Proficiency: Familiarity with using AI for churn prediction and automated incentive optimization.

Strategic Sourcing: Experience working with local vendors for regionalized reward fulfillment.
