TripArc is seeking an accomplished leader to serve as Vice President, Hotel Platform, a pivotal role tasked with shaping the strategic direction, development, and financial success of our innovative hotel booking platform. This industry-leading solution empowers luxury travel advisors by providing seamless access to premium hotel inventory, exclusive rates, and advanced booking capabilities. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance platform adoption, and ensure TripArc remains a competitive force in the luxury travel sector.

This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive hotel industry knowledge and proven expertise in hotel booking technology. The Vice President will lead the evolution of our hotel module into a premier booking tool, delivering exceptional value to luxury travel advisors and strengthening partnerships with top-tier hotel suppliers.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the hotel booking platform, aligning with the needs of luxury travel advisors and their high-net-worth clients. 
•    Financial Stewardship: Manage the platform’s profit and loss statement, driving revenue optimization and ensuring sustained profitability. 
•    Product Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and user experience teams to deliver a robust, innovative platform that sets new benchmarks for functionality and usability. 
•    Industry Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to maintain the platform’s leadership position. 
•    Partnership Development: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize platform utilization, while cultivating strong relationships with hotel executives and key industry stakeholders. 
•    Operational Integrity: Oversee platform operations, ensuring rate accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry best practices. 
•    Analytical Decision-Making: Utilize performance data and user analytics to refine platform features, pricing strategies, and business approaches. 
•    Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with other TripArc divisions to align the hotel platform with broader organizational objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 
•    A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on technology-enabled booking platforms, revenue management, or strategic supplier relationships. 
•    Demonstrated leadership in a product-oriented environment, with a track record of delivering commercial success. 
•    In-depth knowledge of hotel distribution channels, booking technology, and the operational needs of luxury travel advisors. 
•    Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior hotel industry stakeholders. 
•    Proven ability to manage a profit and loss statement and drive revenue growth within a technology or platform business. 
•    Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. 
•    Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisions. 
•    Superior communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences, from team members to executive leadership. 
•    A proactive, results-oriented approach, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
