Position Overview: 

TripArc is seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key collaborator, you'll be at the forefront, working closely with our developers to create, test, and maintain the cutting-edge infrastructure and tools that drive their projects to success. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Database, and Development teams to build and maintain DevOps capabilities and support product development.
• Plan, implement, and maintain the software development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate software development, testing, and release processes for continuous delivery.
• Manage Azure infrastructure and oversee software development automation across cloud services.
• Contribute to software design and development, including code review and feedback.
• Implement and maintain application/system monitoring and observability platforms like Grafana, Dynatrace, and Prometheus.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving when issues arise.
• Create and maintain internal documentation using version control applications like Git.
• Provide on-call support and after-hours product releases as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best DevOps practices to ensure the company meets configuration requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Specialist or similar software engineering role.
• 5 years of relevant experience in software development or systems administration in a DevOps environment.
• Proficient with Git, Git workflows, and container frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automation software (e.g., Ansible) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• DevOps certification indicating a specialization in DevOps processes (e.g., Certified DevOps Specialist, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
• Experience with system integration including API, cloud, and SaaS-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of security fundamentals and governance, including automating security testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Significant experience with hybrid, private, and public cloud setups (specifically Azure).
