Triple Whale is redefining ecommerce and retail with the smartest AI agents in the industry. To help fuel this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven, scrappy, and experimental Growth Marketer. This person will be responsible for developing and managing high-impact programs across emerging and community-based channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to create buzz, and can turn bold ideas into measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Source, activate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships that align with the Triple Whale brand, coordinating authentic campaigns that drive reach and engagement.
- Own our affiliate marketing program — both the strategy and its execution.
- Develop UGC-driven strategies to harness and repurpose content from our most passionate users, influencers, and partners.
- Own the ideation and execution of guerilla marketing tactics designed to capture attention and create brand virality in the DTC and eCommerce community, especially those interested in AI.
- Launch and optimize experimental growth loops via new platforms, partnerships, or media formats (think: Twitter/X stunts, niche newsletter takeovers, TikTok creator challenges, podcast placements, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Community, and Content teams to ensure tight alignment between growth efforts and our go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and test new distribution channels with a “test & learn” mindset—measure performance and iterate quickly.
- Monitor trends in digital culture and emerging platforms to keep Triple Whale on the leading edge of how and where people consume content.
- Report on key metrics, growth levers, and ROI for campaigns; make data-driven recommendations to scale or sunset initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management—ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment.
- A strong portfolio of creative, non-traditional campaigns and partnerships that drove measurable business outcomes.
- Deep familiarity with creator and UGC ecosystems—especially on platforms like Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple programs and partnerships simultaneously.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote environment.
- Passion for ecommerce, DTC brands, and AI.
Bonus points:
- Experience working directly with DTC brands or tools tailored to eCommerce marketing, and/or AI tools.
- Your own presence in the DTC/creator/marketing ecosystem (or AI ecosystem)—whether it’s a personal brand, podcast, or substack.
- You’ve pulled off a viral campaign, even if it was a bit unorthodox.

The base compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. The final offer will take into account a range of factors including level of experience, geographic location, and skill alignment with the responsibilities of the role and the current needs of the team and company. Our goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation that reflects both market benchmarks and individual qualifications.
