About Triumph ABA

At Triumph ABA, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children and families thrive. We believe strong clinical leadership is essential to delivering ethical, effective, and compassionate care.

As we continue to grow our Raleigh center, we are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active North Carolina LBA licensure to serve as our Clinical Director / Lead BCBA and provide hands-on clinical leadership for our center.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping clinical quality and culture while continuing to work directly with clients and families.

About the Role

The Clinical Director / Lead BCBA will provide primary clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services delivered through our Raleigh center, within the scope of their certification, licensure, and assigned responsibilities.

This is a hands-on, client-facing clinical leadership position. In addition to providing clinical leadership and supporting other clinicians, the Clinical Director / Lead BCBA will maintain an assigned client caseload and provide direct BCBA services as appropriate.

The role will include treatment planning, clinical supervision, data review, caregiver collaboration, staff mentorship, quality oversight, and other clinical responsibilities associated with providing high-quality ABA services.

Our Center Manager will oversee the administrative and day-to-day operational functions of the center, allowing the Clinical Director / Lead BCBA to remain focused primarily on clinical leadership, client outcomes, staff development, and quality of care.

The position will begin part-time, with hours based on client availability, authorized services, and the center's developing caseload. As the Raleigh center adds clients and expands its clinical team, there will be an opportunity to increase clinical hours and overall compensation.
