Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Corporate Talent Acquisition team.  

This customer service minded individual will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of Corporate openings, while providing an excellent experience for their candidates and building strong relationships with their hiring partners.

This position reports to a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is hybrid and is based in Somerville, MA.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding across various corporate functions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed key recruiting performance metrics, including hires, time-to-fill, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, maintaining timely communication and delivering constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and improve recruiting strategies.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers by understanding their unique needs, setting clear expectations, and providing consistent updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Guide stakeholders through the recruitment process by offering expertise on candidate selection, role alignment, and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Anticipate challenges and offer tailored solutions to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring experience, ultimately contributing to their satisfaction and trust in Talent Acquisition.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, sharing best practices, and mentoring other members of the team.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for complex recruiting challenges, offering support and insights to elevate the overall performance of the department.
  • Proactively integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices into all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and engage with top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Handshake, Circa, Indeed, and other networking platforms), with a focus on building diverse pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to mitigate bias and ensure fair, inclusive hiring decisions that align with the company’s commitment to building a diverse workforce.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed key recruiting performance metrics, including hires, time-to-fill, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline effectiveness, and present data-driven insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including EEOC and OFCCP regulations.

Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and make data-driven hiring recommendations.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Experience maintaining data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. 
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.
