Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across a rapidly growing, global organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional discretion, and anticipates executive needs with precision.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.

Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare, review, and manage executive communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics.

Track action items, priorities, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.

Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Assist with cross-functional coordination across global teams.

Maintain organized digital and physical records.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.

Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
