Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is a crucial partnership to leadership, responsible not only for optimizing day-to-day operations but also driving organizational efficiency, ensuring alignment across global teams, and enabling executives to focus on high-impact priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment, demonstrates exceptional discretion, anticipates the executive needs with precision,and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Own and strategically manage complex executive calendars, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal and external parties, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Draft, review, and manage executive communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, any travel related documents and all logistics.
- Track key initiatives, action items, and deadlines; proactively follow up to ensure you’re aligned with your executive and company goals.
- Prepare executives for meeting by assembling agendas, briefing materials, and relevant context; ability to capture meeting minutes/action items and distribute follow ups as needed.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across global teams, helping streamline communication and improve operational workflows.
- Maintain structured digital documentation and physical records.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance executive and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced or high growth environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and operate independently.
