Through our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to offer real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Marketing Manager who will own marketing end to end and build the foundations of a scalable marketing function.
This role combines strong marketing fundamentals (positioning, messaging, content, website, and SEO) with the ability to activate and scale performance initiatives once the foundations are validated.
You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, aligning marketing with sales and go-to-market strategy. The role is expected to grow into a Head of Marketing position over time, with the opportunity to build and lead a team.
This is not a junior role and not an agency-only coordination role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch, executing personally, and making prioritization decisions.
Responsibilities
Brand, Messaging, Content & Thought Leadership
- Define and evolve Trivelta’s positioning and core narrative
- Translate complex technical and product capabilities into clear, compelling B2B messaging
- Own and ensure message consistency across website, content, sales materials, and campaigns
- Continuously refine messaging based on sales feedback and market response
- Create LinkedIn content for the company and leadership profiles to reinforce positioning
- Write long-form content (articles, blog posts, announcements, insights) that supports credibility and conversion
- Develop thought leadership content to position Trivelta as a trusted B2B technology partner
Website, SEO & Performance Foundations
- Own website structure, content, and messaging as the primary conversion and credibility asset
- Build SEO foundations (keyword research, on-page SEO, content planning) to drive qualified inbound demand
- Ensure the website supports both credibility and conversion across the buyer journey
- Understand performance principles (funnels, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline contribution) to evaluate impact
- Interpret performance data and translate insights into messaging, content, and GTM decisions
- Design and evaluate lightweight growth experiments when relevant
- Collaborate on paid media initiatives only when they support validated messaging and demand
Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market
- Create and improve pitch decks, one-pagers, and commercial materials
- Align marketing messaging with real sales conversations and objections
- Support inbound and outbound sales efforts with relevant content and assets
- Work closely with sales to define what a qualified lead looks like
Marketing Foundations & Scale
- Set up analytics, reporting, and KPIs (content performance, engagement, pipeline contribution)
- Build simple, scalable marketing processes and playbooks
- Prepare the marketing function for future hires and external support
Requirements
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on content creation skills, especially written content
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing
- Comfortable being the first and only marketing hire initially
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles (funnels, CAC, conversion), even if not performance-first
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Structured, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
- Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams
- EU work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience activating or managing paid media (directly or with partners)
- SEO and CMS experience (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
- Spanish is a plus
