Partnership Manager (Payments)

At Trivelta, we build the technology that powers modern iGaming experiences, partnering with online sports betting and casino operators to launch fully customised, branded, and legally compliant platforms that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with payment solution partners that form a key part of our technology platform.

The role

You will manage these relationships end-to-end, from initial identification and negotiation through to onboarding oversight and ongoing performance management. You will be the main point of contact for payment partners, ensuring commercial agreements remain competitive and integrations run smoothly. Payment infrastructure is critical to operator success, the right mix of methods, currencies, and processing reliability directly impacts conversion and player retention. 

What you'll do

• Own and manage relationships with PSPs, e-wallets, and local payment method providers
• Oversee the onboarding of new payment partners
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and contractual terms
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to expand payment coverage across regulated markets
• Stay current on market trends, emerging payment solutions, and the regulatory landscape
• Represent Trivelta at industry events and maintain a strong network within the iGaming payments ecosystem

 Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, procurement or a similar commercial role
• Ability to negotiate and manage commercial agreements
• Strong relationship management skills and comfortable managing multiple partners in a fast-moving environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
• Fluent English required; an additional language is a plus
• Open to occasional travel to industry events
• No visa sponsorship

This position is hybrid based out of our Barcelona office located near la Barceloneta.
