As a Creative Designer, you will produce high-volume, high-quality creative assets across paid advertising, social, and brand platforms. The ideal candidate is a fast, skilled executor who loves sports, understands what makes performance creative work, and is always looking for smarter ways to build and ship assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets across paid advertising, social, and brand marketing at high volume
- Build graphics and motion assets across all required formats and platforms
- Support campaign ideation and help develop concepts alongside the marketing team
- Apply platform best practices and performance insights to every asset you produce
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and results
- Use AI-driven and automation tools to increase production speed without sacrificing quality
- Deliver production-ready assets that require minimal rework
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in creative, visual, or marketing design
- Strong graphic design fundamentals with motion graphics experience
- Proven ability to produce social and performance marketing creative at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of component systems, auto layout, and scalable file organization, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools for rapid asset production
- Sports knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the sports landscape — you follow the games, know the players, and understand what resonates with fans
- Strong attention to detail across typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative execution and consistent, high-volume output
