We’re looking for a Talent Brand & Programs Manager (Contractor) to lead and execute initiatives that bring our employer brand to life. This role will own projects spanning events, blog posts, social campaigns, and other storytelling efforts that shape how candidates and the broader market experience our team. You’ll act as both strategist and hands-on executor—balancing creativity with operational discipline to deliver high-quality programs that strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.
The impact you will have:
- Launch and run creative employer brand campaigns end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Talent, DEI, and Marketing
- Own and optimize a content calendar of high-impact storytelling moments
- Drive presence at recruiting events, both virtual and in-person
- Stand up scalable templates and systems to measure and improve branding programs
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in talent brand, marketing, or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills
- Experience launching cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort working autonomously with ambiguity
- Ability to manage timelines, vendors, and budgets with discipline
About the Team:
We’re a remote, async-first talent team with a bias toward action and a deep belief in craft. The team is a mix of senior and mid-level members who value data, reflection, and systems-thinking. Our rhythms include weekly hiring syncs, bi-weekly team meetings, and async updates via Notion and Slack. You’ll find a strong documentation culture, lots of feedback, and a team that loves refining the candidate experience.
Operating rhythms:
- Work hours: Minimum 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
- Communication: async-first with synchronous check-ins as needed

- Campaigns don’t get stuck in planning: once approved, we ship within 72 hours or less.
