- Identify risks of disengagement or churn and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Establish a regular cadence with stakeholders to understand mission priorities, operational requirements, and emerging threats.

- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments where mission priorities and regulatory expectations evolve quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and interagency settings.
About the Team
As a globally distributed team, members may observe different time zones. However, most of the team will overlap between the hours of 7 AM–5 PM EST for meetings and collaboration.
Our Customer Success team is fully remote, thriving on asynchronous communication and collaboration through Slack channels and detailed documentation. We hold weekly Customer Syncs, bi-weekly health syncs, join associated POD calls, and regularly engage with our customers. As experts in our craft, we focus on providing support, driving value, and building meaningful relationships with our customers as trusted advisors. For the NatSec role, this includes working closely with U.S. government partners to ensure TRM is mission-critical and trusted within secure environments.
