The Marketing team at TRM Labs is looking for a Marketing Operations contractor to boost technical resourcing and systems administration capacity. This position will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth operations across our marketing technology stack.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Operations and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our marketing systems—particularly Salesforce and HubSpot—run efficiently and effectively, supporting scalable growth.
The impact you will have:
- Campaign Support: Assist with campaign execution tasks including list segmentation, email builds and deployment, Salesforce campaign setup, workflow creation, and form development
- Systems Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues between marketing tools to ensure uptime and consistency across systems
- Lead Flow Maintenance: Monitor and manage lead data, ensuring accurate routing, enrichment, and timely notifications to stakeholders
- Operational Requests: Respond to incoming operations requests through a ticketing system, providing timely and thorough support
- Data Hygiene: Conduct ongoing maintenance tasks such as UTM audits, database clean-up, and quality control across marketing data sources
- Special Projects: Support ad-hoc marketing operations initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting, and scalability
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, with significant time in fast-paced SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with: Salesforce (Campaigns, reporting, and lead management), HubSpot (Automation, workflows, forms, and email campaigns), LeanData (Lead routing), Integration platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing and resolving system or process issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines to multiple regional teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process consistency
- Self-starter attitude with high agency, ownership mindset, and eagerness to operate independently in an IC role
About the Team:
- A 16-person global marketing team across Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand that includes high-performing senior ICs and emerging leaders
- Strong async culture with collaborative rituals — including weekly sprint planning, shared dashboards, retrospectives, and performance reviews
- Culture strengths: analytical curiosity, clear communication, self-accountability, and high agency
- Core collaboration hours: 8am - 12pm EST
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Campaigns, insights, and ops work are tracked against shared sprints and team KPIs
