About the Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – LATAM (Private Sector), you’ll play a critical role in expanding TRM’s reach across Latin America by driving pipeline generation and qualifying opportunities for our Private Sector go-to-market team. You will be responsible for connecting with crypto-native and crypto-adjacent organizations, uncovering their challenges, and introducing TRM’s intelligence and compliance solutions that help them operate safely and confidently in the digital asset economy.
We’re looking for a self-starter with strong crypto fluency and a proven track record in outbound sales who can operate autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
The impact you will have
- Drive consistent pipeline generation across LATAM through deep research into emerging crypto businesses, financial institutions, and payment providers.
- Partner with Account Directors to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-value regional opportunities.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns that convert into qualified opportunities and advance prospects through the funnel.
- Act as a customer liaison — uncovering needs, sharing market intelligence, and guiding prospects through the pre-sales journey.
- Build and refine a scalable prospecting engine that accelerates customer timelines and drives measurable revenue growth through TRM partnerships.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience and a track record of success in an SDR or BDR role with heavy outbound responsibility.
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS or operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology or crypto-native organizations.
- Deep understanding of virtual assets, blockchain technology, and crypto financial networks, with the ability to engage credibly with industry stakeholders.
- Strong command of Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- A hunter mindset — energized by building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and crafting creative outreach strategies.
- Autonomous and adaptable — comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Curious and collaborative — eager to learn from others, share insights, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
Success in your first 6–12 months
- Consistent delivery on Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) goals.
- Strong pipeline attribution from outbound efforts.
- Breakthroughs in Tier 1 target accounts, helping secure notable regional logos.
- Creation and refinement of repeatable outbound motions tailored to the LATAM market.

The Private Sector Business Development team is made up of independent, entrepreneurial sales professionals who own their territories end-to-end. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones, sharing intelligence, insights, and strategies that strengthen TRM’s global go-to-market approach.
